It's November and it is time to get ready for the holidays! Time to bring out the x-mas box from storage and decorate the tree. I took a photo of a few of our Christmas ornaments and a holiday card we received. I inadvertently took a picture of my own reflection in the x-mas balls, so I guess this is also a self-portrait of sorts. This particular piece is painted with a bright red under painting ; it really highlights all of the objects quite well, giving this otherwise realist piece some modern flair.
